WENDY WILLIAMS ON INTERNET DATING, HER NEW MOVIE, AND HEALTH!!
By L.T. Dinwiddie
I don’t think I told you all that I was in NYC for a few days hustling like I always do. I got a chance to interview one my personal idols, and fan favorite Wendy Williams yesterday. SOHH.com is in the process of developing something BIG that everybody is going to get to see in the very near future.
Here are just a few clips that all can check out. I will resume posts on Tuesday.
MISS JONES TRIES TO BE SLICK..AND I WONT STAND FOR IT!!!
By L.T. Dinwiddie There I was pouring my morning Parrot Bay Mango Rum and Pineapple juice, hey some call it an addiction..I call it breakfast, when I received an email alert regarding Miss “Damn” Jones.
It seems the Hot 97 “Slob Jock” is following in the footsteps of Wendy Williams yet again by penning a memoir. In her new book "Have You Met Miss Jones? The Life and Loves of Radio's Most Controversial Diva" (Ballantine), Jones attempts to capitalize off her boring and uninteresting life. The singer turned radio personality is dishing dirt…well that’s a strong word, let’s say dust on everyone from Busta Rhymes, to The Notorious BIG.
In the new book she talks about love making with Busta Rhymes. Jones openly recalls how well endowed he is and how self efficient he became after each session by frying up “his own egg sandwich”. Funny how she didn’t mention the lube, dildos, or gay porn that I’m told is Busta’s sex toy’s of choice.
Jones also decided to talk about former Hot 97 Queen Wendy Williams by saying "After all of her years in radio, [she] has not elevated above curb level in terms of paving the way for other women in radio. Disappointing.”
Now you all know I love me some Wendy. So you know I won’t stand for a “washed up singer who couldn’t make it in the music business, so she try’s out radio as a second choice, and cant create her own identity let alone her own radio concept without biting of the queens radio style and business ventures.”
When you listen to Miss Jones morning program and tune into Wendy’s The Wendy Williams Experience (WBLS) at 2pm they have tons of similarities. The only difference is Wendy Williams is the original, and Jones is a poorly outlined carbon copy.
Williams is nationally syndicated. Jones is only known in the Tri state area. Wendy has scholarship programs for young aspiring business women. Jones has a VIP card at Dunkin Doughnuts.
Jones needs to sit her ass down somewhere. Because the only thing that disappoints you (Jones) is that Wendy came up through the ashes at HOT 97 to become the Queen of All Media! She’s got New York Times Best Sellers, a popular television show, a new feature film; her own nationally syndicated radio program, her own column in Life&Style, and money out the ass so that she, Hood Heff, and little Kev will never want for anything in life. And you’re simply known as Miss Jones…
Wendy’s success alone acts as a shining beacon of hope for all women…hell all people. We all watched her crumble right before our eyes, and also watched her proverbial rebirth to become a pioneering business woman she is today.
What in the hell do you have some washed up stories of Busta, Lil Kim and Biggie? Get the fuck outta here… FULL STORY
By L.T. Dinwiddie As you all know I love me some Wendy! And since I am out of town for a few days - I figured I would take from her lead and compile a “Best Of” post. Shout out to S.J. Parker for all the links.
Enjoy Everybody! Don’t expect anymore posts until Wednesday (unless something scandalous happens…you know how I do.) If I may recommend a few choice interviews – please check out Mr. Marcus, The Tranny of Brian Mcknight, Superhead, and Kelly Rowland.
By L.T. Dinwiddie I just knew popular radio talent Wendy Williams was going to dig into Tranny look a like (and I have seen her in person, so I’m not exaggerating) Tameka Foster on her show today.
There is really nothing that I can say that Wendy didn’t. So just listen.
Oh one more thing..when you see a man wearing a scarf the way he is in this picture, what’s the first thing that comes to mind..honestly?
**BREAKING NEWS** WENDY ANNOUNCES MIKE TYSON'S OLD PUNCHING BAG TO PLAY HER IN NEW FILM!!
By L.T. Dinwiddie
Ok I think anyone who knows me knows my ultimate love for the queen of all media. I’m one of her fans that has learned how to admire from afar, but I have to admit that when I just heard her announce Robin Givens as the actor who is to play the "queen" in her new untitled film I couldnt help but think to myself “WTF?"
Robin Givens is this petite, mild mannered girl, and might I add, a very small footed woman. Wendy is big haired, big bodied, gigantic shoes..shes an eye popping mess!! Robin is the total opposite of everything Wendy stands for.
My dream girl to play grown up Wendy would be Diana Summer. I’m very conflicted with this new selection.
Let’s hope Robin can really deliver in this role. In my opinion this is the acting role of her life. She’s going to really have to amp up her Wendy-diction for me to believe her. Like Jack says on Will and Grace – “Acting is about attracting” Let's all keep our fingers crossed!
You all know I love me some Wendy Williams! And thanks to SoHH Soulman I just got my visual fill of the resident loudmouth with another installment of "Bobby TV". Check it out!
By L.T. Dinwiddie This is why I love Wendy Williams. She’s fearless, non apologetic, and lives her life for her and could give a damn about what anyone else thinks.
In a lot of ways she has unknowingly assisted me in becoming more comfortable in my own skin as the gigantor that I am. And its pictures like this that reinforce my appreciation for the Queen of All Media.
I’d heard that Wendy had dressed as Wonder Woman for Halloween but hadn’t seen the picture until now. I have had the pleasure of meeting Wendy on two occasions; one was a one on one sit down interview for this site. And as abrasive, and nonchalant as she can be, I enjoy each opportunity spent with her.
