Does anyone even watch BET anymore? And even if you do, are you up at 3 A.M. watching "BET Uncut"? Well to make BET a more family oriented station they have cancelled "Uncut". The article which you can find HERE doesn't mention "Comic Veiw" but I heard it was also cancelled.

I have good news and bad news. The bad news is Puffy is releasing another album titled "Press Play" on Octover 3rd. The good news is it's his (supposed) last one, and he has enlisted Will.I.AM, Christina(A. not M.), Mary J, and Kanye on board. First off let me say that I love Puffy. I played the "No Way Out" album so much that my father banned it from the house(wouldn't and Ipod have been nice back then..sigh). If you haven't heard Universal Studios might have a big 170 million dollar flop on their hands with "Miami Vice" the movie. The film stars Jaime Foxx, and Colin Farrell in a movie adapataion of the hit 1980's series of the same name. Disparging rumors regarding Jaime and Colin, as well as budget issues have Universal so nervous that Universal Chairman Marc Shmuger, himself, called New York Daily News columnist Lloyd Grove personally in an attempt to do damage control. I won't be surprised if this movie is one big flop. If your a summer movie fan then you know that the movies they expect to make alot of money ALWAYS comes out in the begining of the summer i.e "Davincci Code", X-3, and Mission Impossible. While others that are gambles tend to come out in late July and August. It might not be planned that way "officially", but I've sat my a*s down in enough theaters over many summers to know. They sometimes have freestyle sessions for amateur rappers to battle each other on the radio down here in Atlanta on 107.9. Monica was a guest judge. Anyways, one of the rappers said that line "When I get my deal, my sales will never slump down like Brandy's did".

Monica told the DJ to cut the music and told the rapper that made the comment that she was speaking for herself and the other two judges when she said that he automatically lost. The other rapper didnt even get to rap. He won by default. But Monica was like "You lost nigga". The DJ told her that she couldnt curse on radio and she said it again. FULL STORY HERE

She's won "American Idol," kissed Jamie Foxx and shared her life story with the world. Now Fantasia Barrino can check another dream off of her list: The singer has collaborated with her American idol, Aretha Franklin.

"She's my idol, and I've always wanted to do something with her," Fantasia said last week. "Actually, she wanted to meet me when I was on the 'Idol' show and I was nervous and I didn't want to meet her, but I'm ready now. My man Keith Boykin is reporting that British concert promoters abruptly pulled the plug this week on performances by two well-known Jamaican dancehall recording artists, Buju Banton and Beenie Man. The two men were essentially banned in parts of Britain this week when their scheduled concerts in Brighton and Bournemouth were canceled after complaints from gay rights groups.
