Atlanta’s arguably most popular quarterback is about to have even more problems on his hands.
According to published reports, Vick, who also goes by the name “Ookie”, has officially been indicted for his alleged participation in a dogfighting operation so gruesome the losers either died in the pit or sometimes were electrocuted, drowned, hanged or shot.
But from what my sources are telling me, this is just the tip of the iceberg for the multi-millionaire.
O1LT.com has leaned exclusively that Vick could possibly be suspended from the Atlanta Falcons as soon as next week over his dogfighting controversy. An informant told me exclusively that the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s decision plays heavy on the fact that Vick’s trial could overshadow the upcoming season. “The NFL has a reputation, the team has a reputation, and the media and the public are putting pressure on the commissioner.”
My source also expresses to me that the owner of the Falcons Arthur Blank is very, very upset with Michael.
Vick’s off the field antics have already cost him his Air-Tran endorsement. And now it’s looking like his million dollar salary is next.
