AIDS IN BLACK HOLLYWOOD!!!!!
My Internet girl Myra Panache has posted a special report on AIDS in Black Hollywood. If you remember two weeks ago, I posted ABC's Special Report on AIDS in Black America. Groupies male and female adhere my warning, AIDS exists everywhere-including Hollywood.

We reported last week that an actor infected with HIV was sleeping with women without protection despite his medical condition. If you listened to Wendy Williams yesterday, she gave additional details on the HIV-positive rapper. 'He doesn't let anyone drink behind him and sores cover his private parts that's why he always turns off the lights before sex.' Several years ago, an AIDS infected celebrity made the announcement, "The public would be shocked at how many people in Hollywood are infected with this virus." I can actually think of a dozen off the top of my head: An Latino hearthrob (male) two R&B singers (male) who were once involved, an former white sex symbol, considered a hunk, etc.
What surprises me, some of these groupies will practice unprotected sex because the man is famous (star struck) or they want to get pregnant. I talked to a groupie last night, she has had bareback sex with several famous rappers, her excuse, 'They pay me more for bareback.' A stripper recently told me, I dated a R&B singer, he told me he loved me, the next time we had sex, he said, if you love me too, you wouldn't insist on a condom. She relented. She had also discounted the bi-sexual rumors regarding this R&B singer (mentioned above) she is now HIV-positive. When she informed him, incredibly, although he infected her, he showed no remorse and hung-up on her. She would sue but he has fallen on hard times, he has no money. Some of these celebrities get infected at downlow parties, doing sex tape activity or at Hollywood orgies.
Due to the 'AIDS cocktail' they show no outward symptoms and continue to look healthy. Herpes is also rampant in Black Hollywood. A black director, a legendary soul singer and an NBA superstar are all infected with the virus. The director has infected more than a few women and has quietly settled out of court with them. A friend once told me, her best friend's brother met an gorgeous black women in a bar. He felt honored that she agreed to leave with him. They returned to his apartment and had sex all night. When he awoke in the morning, she was gone. He went to the bathroom, she had written in lipstick across the mirror, "I have AIDS and now you are infected." Single women 'may' actually be safer than married women in regard to AIDS because a lot of single women demand men wear condoms prior to sex whereas a married women is not going to ask her husband (who may be cheating on her) to wear a condom because 'they are married' and that might violate the trust.
We need to get away from the "superman" mentality and the "invincible" mentality. AIDS is here and it's no joke. Nothing should be worth your life, even love.
My advice: Before becoming intimate with your partner, both of you should go and get tested, if he or she declines, that should raise a red flag and you should break off the relationship.
Even if the results are negative, continue to use condoms as an added precaution. Wake up people! You have numerous people out there who are "intentionally infecting" others with the AIDS virus and they just don't care.

This is some very scary shit,and I am speaking from experience. I live in the Miami/Ft.Lauderdale area and a couple of years back I met one of the Cash Money guys and yes I decided to sleep with him but protected. He refused to wear a condom. Even though I came prepared he wanted to take it off so bad. That was such a big turn off to me. And he did try to convince me to take it off but luckily I amd not naive which on the other hand one of my friends was with another artist in that clan and she did it unprotected and well let's just say she not to long after that had to go see a doctor.
I just want to say that is a shame, And we as fans have the nerve to look up to these type of people, what people would do to sleep with someone just because they are a celebrity. umm, makes you wonder. all across america you see most of them saying wrapp it up when they are not doing the damn thing thier selves
What's even more icredible is that after Aids being front and center in the media for the past 20 years...The Black community is still asleep...Why aren't woman taking Ultimate responsibility for there bodies... especially when it comes to who enters you and how...You are the recievers so you risk is higher. Now I am not down playing anything in your article believe me I am well aware of the AIDS epidemic as well as the STD epidemic in the black community as well as in Black Hollywood. I just wish that people would put that so false story about a woman writing on the mirror to bed. It is so played and so fake with no truth to it and frankly it just makes your story sound so unbelievable. If you are going to write about Aid’s and the seriousness of it state facts not fiction. Like as of 2004 50% of African Americans were infected as apposed to 18% Hispanic and 30% Caucasian. Aids is becoming the leading cause of death for African Americans it is the second leading cause of death for All African Americans between the ages of 35-44 and the NUMBER ONE cause of death for African American Women between the ages of 25-34. Of the all most 1 mill cases of AIDS diagnosed in the US 40% were African Americans. Of the more than half a mill people that have died with AIDS 30% were African American. In 2004 more African American children under the age of 13 were living with AIDS than all other races or ethnicities living with AIDS combined. This is not a joke or something to write gossip on this is real and we are dying everyday from it our kids are dying. It doesn’t matter if they are entertainers or not, this disease is affecting us all period! Women and men need to have more respect for themselves and make that man or woman for that matter put on a condom (they do have female condoms and they work to me better than the male condoms. Get tested and stop being afraid to know! Ladies why get paid to die I'm sure the amount that he gave you to have sex without a condom was not enough to die for. To the writers of this story stop trying to get people to read your site by sensationalizing something that is to serious to play about.
Things are really getting out of hand. I am in high school and 30 percent of our high school has HIV do you know how many kids that is? I swear it sure scares us out of having sex. They need to give every high school those stats and see how many teenagers have sex then.

I'm not really surprised by this story. I've worked in the HIV community for a few years and I must say....you never know who has it. And quite frankly just because someone has a few millions in the bank doesn't make them immune to the disease.

I've been hearing that story with various twists for well over 10 years now. The note on the mirror said "welcome to the world of AIDS", "welcome to the AIDS family", etc. If people are actually doing it now, it's because the story has been passed around so much.

Hello to everyone who has left comments about the African American celeberties having HIV?AIDS, or any other STD's...I HIGLY AGREE that when a person is spreading a DEADLY MEGA DISEASE, names should be given out. As i continued to read the anonymous names who left comments, people don't want to attach there names with what they did or are saying because they don't feel good about their actions. I agree with Erica. But I believe she meant to say that 50% of the peaple infected with HIV/AIDS were African American. Not 50% of African Americans were affected. Same for other races.

Women should stop assuming that these celebrities are some how immune to hiv and other diseases, and protect themmsleves.Even if the guy isn't a celebrity you should protect your own best interest(healthwise). I am a young woman who just recently ended a 7 year affair with an NFL top QB. He never made me feel demeaned or nasty or bad for being with him. We were in love until I had a wake up call from God who told me that he would never marry me and that it was time for me to move on. I am in Medical School and doing my own thing. I am so much happier now.I am now dating a former NFL player (can't get away from them, I know). But as for my former love he has vowed to never let me go and I must admit I do get weak for him every now and then.
