Monica Arnold recently sat down with Frank Ski and Wanda of the “Frank Ski and Wanda Morning Show” to address Hot 97’s shock jock, and resident loud mouth, Miss Jones. If you haven’t heard, Miss Jones had some pretty bad things to say about Monica while she was in New York City promoting her new album “The Making of Me”. Miss Jones was disrespectful and down right nasty to Monica, saying that Monica is “dumbing down” her talent with her new song “Every time The Beat Drops”. Words were exchanged and that seemed to be that, but Monica had plenty to say and said it all here in Atlanta, on V103, check it out.

We all have something to say about an artist that's still doing it. It's about entertainment. And this is just Monica's single drop. We forget what the last album brought to much of our surprise. And while we're on it , what ever happened to Ms. Jones singing career ? What can I say about that Miss Jones? For some reason people in NYC tend to think that everyone want to be like or sound like them. As you can see, we have ALWAYS done our own thing in ATL (ask Outkast, TI, Dallas Austin, Jermain Dupri, TLC, Ciara, Dem Franchize, Toni Braxton, the list goes on.) So when Miss Jones FINALLY gets HER recording career off the ground tell her to go holla at Monica, Ciara, or Cherish then .... she can say whatever about whom ever.... but who has a recording contract/ career and who doesn't?
