COME ONE AND COME ALL TO THE MILLION MORE MARCH 05....SIKE!!!!!!!!

This weekend is the Million More March, and though I regrettably can not attend, I have to say that it seems to be an inspiring weekend. I remember when they had the first Million Man March back in 1995. I was just 15 years old then, and so much on the “white” side I didn’t even pay attention. Looking back I wish I had attended, and I promised myself that I was going to go to this one but I have to move into my new apt tomorrow, I and just cant make the time. What I find very interesting is that this year they are encouraging all African Americans to attend. I was reading an article on friend in my head www.keithboykin.com. He has reported that Minister Farrakhan has insisted that gay, bisexual, and transgender attend this year. I think this is fantastic, that the demographic that was once abrasively pushed aside, and not even acknowledged can finally be acknowledged. It seems our black leaders have finally come to the conclusion that we are all in this struggle together. I look at this as being a very positive situation. I look down the road and see us all gay, straight, bisexual, transgender, thugs, and corporate types, uniting in the pursuit of equality in this nation.
