BIGGS.Join Def Jam today in helping to spread the word for the pardon of legendary American musician Ronald Isley. As a member of The Isley Brothers, Ronald Isley's career spans over 50 years, with countless accomplishments and a legacy of uniquely American music that has influenced everyone from the Beatles to Notorious B.I.G.
In an effort to protect Mr. Isley from incarceration for non-payment of taxes, we urge his fans to call, fax or email the White House immediately to help Ronald stay out of prison. The situation is especially urgent because Mr. Isley is currently scheduled to report to begin serving a 3 year sentence on August 7th of this year. In lieu of the recent charges brought against Mr. Isley, he is currently in the process of a total restitution of his financial obligations to the IRS. Mr. Isley has also offered to perform for troops at various military bases to help heal the country and show his support for their tireless efforts to protect this country. It is important to point out that Ronald Isley has no prior criminal record, and has been a law-abiding, taxpaying employer since 1956. There is also concern that due to a variety of health issues, (Mr. Isley suffered a stroke in 2004 and was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2006) without proper care Mr. Isley's health could decline further and there is genuine concern as to whether he could survive a lengthy incarceration.
Ronald Isley & The Isley Brothers are an important part of this country's musical history and a part of the Def Jam family so let's band together to keep one of our living legends out of jail.

Not trying to be funny but who did this? Sorry Mr. Big but you gotta pay your taxes just like the rest of us...
There are far more important things to band together about. If Mr.Isley was so successful in his career, then he had enough money to pay his taxes or hire a better accountant. Can we please keep in mind that we don't know him, and therefore, do not possess a personal interest in his life. Whether or not he goes to jail don't make me none!
WHY IN THE HELL DO WE HAVE TO SUPPORT FOOLS WHO DO WRONG BY THE I.R.S, HE MADE HIS BED NOW HE HAS TO LIE IN IT, IF IT WAS ANY OTHER JOE SMOE OFF THE STREET OF COURSE HIS ASS WOULD BE IN JAIL, HELL THREE YEARS IS BETTER THAN 26 YRS ITS NOT LIKE RONNY IS GOING TO BE WITH HARDENED CRIMINALS, HE WILL JUST HAVE TO LEAVE HIS DIPPITY DOO HOME AND GET A REALITY CHECK AND MAN UP AND SERVE THE TIME.......
this is beside the point of how good of an entertainer he is but he has to pay taxes like everybody else. wtf he think this is...special treatment time cause "he's a star"? he acting real ignorant right about now. let one of the well off execs handle it but don't ask the fans to take part in his greediness.
There are far more better things that black people should come together for. I'm sorry he but,he sould've paid his taxes just like the rest of us. And did you know, that a person in persion receives better health care then any other person in the U.S? The reason being is because they are state property and they state comes first. True story, a person that is in need of a organ transplant and is in persion will receive an organ before a person that is not in persionand has been waiting for years.
