i'm not sure who this is, and i don't care because everybody knows whats going to happen when you do drugs YOU GET ADDICTED. This is not my problem.
Is that Nicole Richie? If so I cant say Im shocked .I know that she had a big drug problem that began in her early teens.I guess recovery like addiction is an ongoing battle.I hope she gets help (Whoever the hell that is) before she overdoses.
Isn't this an OLD picture that was in Paris Hilton's storage locker thing. And it was made public when someone bought all her stuff and posted it on Parisexposed.com? And yes, it is Nicole Richie.
