TIME FOR ANOTHER MEDICAL MOMENT
My significant other has brought to my attention that we may all be performing the wrong exercises to achieve physical goals. Have you been dieting and are not getting the results that you want? Have you been taught that breads and grains are in fact good for you? Maybe you believe that if you work out more and eat less that will achieve maximum physical fitness. Well apparently this isn't true. For my medical moment I am presenting an article that contradicts what most of us have come to believe about physical fitness, and dieting. I encourage you all to read, and keep an open mind. Try to apply some of the suggestions this article gives to your life and see what results you get.
